• Masks are mandatory for clergy and attendees at all Places of Worship at all times (including the priest for the entirety of the celebration of the Mass);
• 150-person capacity limits apply to all events including Masses, Weddings and Funerals;
• the 4 square metre capacity rule applies for Places of Worship, up to a maximum of 150 people (including essential personnel);
• hand sanitizers are to be available at each entrance to every Place of Worship;
• All Priests and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are to wash their hands in soap and water, or are to use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser both immediately before and immediately after the distribution of Holy Communion;
 and
• The Faithful are dispensed from the usual Sunday obligation.

The following guidelines will remain in place to ensure safety for all attendees:

  • The front doors of the Church will remain locked.
  • Entrance and exit will be via hall doors only.
  • Doors to the hall will be opened 30 minutes prior to the commencement of each Mass.
  • Doors will be closed once the Mass has commenced and will not be opened again until Mass has finished.
  • No late comers will be admitted.
  • If you feel unwell, have flu/respiratory symptoms, elevated body temperatures or have been in contact in the previous fourteen (14) days with persons suspected to have, or who have been diagnosed with COVID-19, you will not be permitted to attend.
  • Hands sanitiser will be provided for you to use prior to entry. Donations of hand sanitiser, disinfectant spray or wipes (needs to state that it kills viruses), would be greatly appreciated.
  • Please refrain from entering areas of the Church that are blocked off.
  • Please sit in the chairs that are allocated, and in the positions marked. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THE CHAIRS FROM THE ALLOCATED POSITIONS.
  • There will be no Offertory processions, no shaking of hands for the Sign of Peace and no collection (baskets will be available at the front of the altar for First and Second collection and for any donations for support of the Parish).
  • Communion may only be received in the hand.
  • At the conclusion of Mass please leave the Church as per the signed exits.
  • There will be NO morning tea after any Mass.
  • A Mandatory Contact Register will be in place.

Contact Registers and the Safe WA App will continue as part of post-lockdown life.

It is mandatory for all Places of Worship, all parish offices and facilities to ensure that a contact register is available for all attendees at each of these premises and that attendees register when entering Places of Worship.

Thank you for all your understating and co-operation. Let us continue to love one another as Jesus loves us and support one another in prayers and in deeds.
